For UK delivery we aim to dispatch to you within the time frames stated. If there are any unexpected changes to your delivery or click and collect appointment we will notify you in reasonable time.

Next Day delivery operates from Monday through to Thursday orders must be received by 12 noon. Thursday order would be delivered by 4pm Friday for example. A order placed over a weekend i.e. Saturday or Sunday would arrive Tuesday by 4pm. We can not refund money paid for next day service if the order is placed after 12 midday.
For H&I, IOM, NI,Channel Islands we aim to deliver within 3-4 days of your order but please be aware that it is dependent on location, and weather conditions. We use a variety of couriers for these areas.
For Standard UK Delivery we aim to deliver within 2-3 days but on occasions this may be longer especially during seasonal periods such as Christmas. Orders are usually dispatched the same day as receiving the order. Orders over £35 will usually go out via courier tracked delivery and orders below this usually via the Royal Mail services.
EXPRESS DELIVERIES. MON-THUR (THURSDAY IS FOR A FRIDAY DELIVERY BY 12 NOON). ORDERS FOR A SATURDAY MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 12 NOON ON THE FRIDAY. THIS SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE DUMFRIES AND GALLOWAY POSTCODE AREAS BUT BY 4PM DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE HERE SO PLEASE SELECT THE UPGRADE TO NEXT DAY (MON-FRI) SERVICE, OR FOR SATURDAY SERVICE FOR THE DG AREA WE CAN DELIVER BY 4PM.
Please ensure that all your details including postcodes and delivery addresses are correct, as in some circumstances this can result in extra charges on your delivery and a delayed delivery if we are supplied with incorrect details.
All orders are confirmed by automated email from Sweet Inspiration.
Any goods ordered from our website will be sent according to your preferred method which is chosen by you during the check-out process. Some goods are prohibited by some couriers to be sent via methods such as airfreight such as PME aerosols so we can only send these out overland shipping methods.
Goods remain the property of Sweet Inspiration until we are satisfied that all payments have been verified even if this incurs delivery delays – please see 6.2 under Exclusions of Liability in our terms and condtions.
Once goods have been dispatched to you we are responsible for appropriate delivery and tracking of those goods to ensure that they are delivered accordingly.
Any goods that are undelivered ‘not received’ must be notified to us within a reasonable timeframe which would be 7 days after expected receipt. If it is longer than this timeframe we reserve the right to refuse a refund and/or replacement. The original delivery address can not be modified or changed in any way.
