Icings
Icings for cake pops are coloured chocolate that has more vegetable fat added to allow items such as cake pops to be coated in the chocolate easier. The chocolate is melted in a microwave or over hot water and then the cake pops are dipped into the chocolate to coat them. These chocolate icing coatings can also be used on cupcakes for instance so are versatile and easy to use.
