Candy melts are great for a range of uses including melting to use as a cupcake icing, cake pop coverings and also cookies. Candy melts usually have more vegetable fats to help coat the goods you have baked. The candy melts can be melted in a microwave or over hot water. Candy melts are not suitable to make ganache, or to temper with but can be poured into candy moulds successfully for a quick chocolate making project.
