Our chocolate is Callebaut chocolate brand and is suitable for using for ganache, chocolate tempering, and other culinary uses. We also sell electronic baking thermometers which are great for chocolate tempering, and kitchen timers. All of our monitoring equipment is supplied by ETI who are the UK’s leading manufacturer of electronic food monitoring equipment – we are an approved supplier of this equipment in South West Scotland.
