Edible food sprays can be used for a simple and easy way to instantly colour the surface of the icing. Use on buttercream or sugar paste or on royal iced cakes. The spray should be used in a well ventilated area, and we recommend that you protect your work tops although the colour will wash off with warm soapy water.
These products should not leave any after taste on food. The food glaze can be used to protect cake icing and decorations such as sugar flowers and is quite a useful product to keep a stock of for a variety of culinary goods.
