Wrights Scone Mix

Wrights Scone Mix. This mix can be used as a plain scone mix but also adapted by using dried fruit to make fruit scones, or cheese to make cheese scones. To use the mix add 130 mls of water and mix, use some flour to dust the work surface and roll to a 2.5cm thickness. Cut out 8 socnes using a 6cm cutter. Smaller bite size scones can also be made by using smaller cutters. Brush with egg or milk and bake in the over for 10-12 minutes.
For fruit scones use 100g raisins, and for cheese scones use 150g of cheese. Mix and bake as above. Instructions are also included on the pack.
