3.1 Any material submitted by you to our website such as reviews on products is considered non-confidential and we have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose that information to third parties.
All submissions will be subject to review prior to publishing and any content considered abusive, threatening, or that is offensive will be withheld, and in exceptional circumstances passed to the relevant authorities.
4.1 Any details held by Sweet Inspiration will only include name, and email address and postage addresses for delivery. No financial information is held in addition to this such as credit card numbers/information. Please also see our Cookies statement.
4.2 We do not share or distribute, or sell your personal information to any third parties.
4.3 We will only send information to you via email, text or phone you if you have explicitly agreed to this either by sign up forms, or verbally agreed to, and submitted this information being used to us i.e. during an in-store visit.
4.4 You can unsubscribe to emails or other information being sent to you by either clicking on ‘unsubscribe’ links in our emails, or by contacting us via the website, or phoning us.
4.5 Sweet Inspiration operates internal security procedures and staff training to ensure that any information held is secured appropriately and complies with PCIDSS, and Data Protection Acts.

5.1 We will endeavour to always provide accurate, up to date information on our products and services but can’t guarantee that information provided, in every circumstance, is correct.
Exclusions of Liability
6.1 We take no responsibility for maintaining your own personal computer/device security, or any misuse on your part in maintaining password, and/or personal information breaches.
6.2 Any goods will only meet the timeframe for your chosen delivery if your preferred payment method has been verified at checkout. This will include the accuracy on your part to provide the required information in each field.
Delivery – General
7.1 Delivery terms are set out in our delivery information section. All orders are confirmed by automated email from Sweet Inspiration
7.2 Any goods ordered from our website will be sent according to your preferred method which is chosen by you during the check-out process. Some goods are prohibited by some couriers to be sent via methods such as airfreight such as PME aerosols so we can only send these out overland shipping methods.
7.3 Goods remain the property of Sweet Inspiration until we are satisfied that all payments have been verified even if this incurs delivery delays – please see 6.2 under Exclusions of Liability.
7.4 Once goods have been dispatched to you we are responsible for appropriate delivery and tracking of those goods to ensure that they are delivered accordingly.
7.5 Any goods that are undelivered ‘not received’ must be notified to us within a reasonable timeframe.
7.6 Terms of delivery are subject to change without prior notice.
Click and Collect
8.1 Any goods purchased on the website via the click and collect option are collectable via trading hours.
8.2 Faulty goods, and returns policy as per 10.1-10.4 apply but do not include delivery charge refunds as there has been no charge for this.
8.3 Goods that have been ordered over the phone are not considered click and collect items and may be subject to delay e.g. if the item is not in stock, or if ordered via the shop in-store ordering service.
9.1 The ordering service is in-store only for items not in stock. No extra charge is made for this service for items but goods must be paid for on ordering, and an estimate of delivery date is advised at that time.
Returns – Exchanges, Faulty Goods and Cancellations
10.1 You must notify us of any returns within 14 days of receipt of the full order.

10.2 You must notify us on any returns and notify us to the reasons why you need to return the item(s) i.e. faulty, or exchange. Cancellations must be notified by email.
10.3 You are responsible for the cost of any returns’, and redelivery costs if you have changed your mind. You have 3 options:
- We can exchange the item for a similar item at the price
- We can issue a credit note for the amount
- We can provide another item that you require that costs more, and you pay the difference.
10.4 If your goods are faulty you are entitled to a full refund including delivery costs. We can also exchange the goods – all delivery costs would be payable by us.
10.5 If you decide to cancel your order the cancellation has to be received by us within 14 days of receipt of your order. We pay will refund any delivery costs incurred to you except any supplementary costs that you have opted for such as Saturday delivery. We have the right to deduct for goods that have been mishandled by you.
You must retain any proof of posting. We make reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than:
- 14 days after the day we receive back from you the goods supplied, or
- (if earlier) 14 days if you provide evidence of your proof of posting for return of goods
- If no goods were supplied, 14 days after we were informed about the your decision to cancel the order
We will reimburse you via the original method in which you paid (unless you expressly agreed otherwise) within 14 days.
Out of stock items:
11.1 In the event that stock is not available we will contact you. You can either:
- Cancel the order
- Substitute with a similar product
- Wait for the required product/s to come back into stock and we will dispatch according to your chosen delivery method at no extra cost to you if it was part of a larger order.
